The Ride & The Destination

Let’s say you’re headed somewhere fun.

A concert, the beach, a dinner, a party … wherever.

On the way there, to what degree are you filled with anticipation?

Does it bleed over from what feels like healthy excitement, into unhealthy anxiety?

Are you so focused on how things are might be (or not be), that you spend a large portion of the time leading up to the event lost in the hypothetical?

The destination is great, but don’t forget: the ride is also part of the journey.
