Relationships are a huge part of your health.

You cannot, you do not, exist outside of them or without them.

When you have multiple relationships that are stressful, guess what?

You’re stressed.

And when you’re stressed, your body and mind are stressed.

That means a whole host of potential problems.

That’s why the phrase ‘you are the average of the 5 people you’re closest to’ is relevant.

That’s why you need to be very mindful about who you are close to, and how they treat you.

If it’s not working for you, speak up.

It’s not worth your health.
