This week my schedule will be rigorous and demanding.
I won’t be working from home most days, instead, I’ll be going out early.
That means that in order to stay on top of my personal health routine, I will need to be doubly rigorous and demanding of myself.
In fact, I already started taking steps towards this a few days ago:
- Getting some extra rest in while I had the chance;
- Doing Monday’s workout on Saturday to be ahead of schedule;
- Prepping lots of food for while I’m out + when I get home late.
- Getting my mindset ready to attack the morning EARLY.
Come to think of it, I was ready for today long before the Monday sun rose over the horizon.
