I’m totally fine with you eating within an 10, 8, 6, or even 4-hour window … IF said window works for you.
Notice the capital & bold ‘IF‘.
‘Works for you’ has to be honest.
A 4-hour feeding window, for most people, is fairly extreme, and difficult to adhere to daily.
But even the easiest one, the 10-hour window:
Just because you can adhere to it daily doesn’t necessarily mean that you should.
Perhaps a 10 hour feeding window is best for you most of the time, but not all of the time.
Personally, I enjoy and see positive results from fasting for several hours after rising, and before going to sleep.
But some days, if I’m really hungry during either one of those typical fasting windows, I’ll eat.
