Most people think it’s the other way around, but it’s not.
You don’t sit on the couch waiting for motivation to strike like lightning.
You get up, get moving, even if it’s just to do ONE push-up …
… and then, motivation starts to build, more like rumbling thunder in the distance, slowly approaching and getting louder.
