It’s Just Behavior

There’s really no such thing as ‘bad’ behavior.

Just as I’ve repeatedly stated about food, our behaviors are, at their core, simply behaviors.

Those that we label ‘bad’ are often simply attempts to solve a problem, or imbalance.

For example:

You habitually eat snacks late at night.

This is not because you’re hungry, bored, or a ‘bad’ eater; those are only on the surface.

Underneath, there’s probably something that you’re not getting fulfilled during the day, whether that be physical nutrients, or non-physical, such as: love, connection, or purpose.

Or both.

(Remember, nothing in you operates in isolation.)

So it’s not you, or your behavior, that is bad.

It’s just you and all of your behavior.

And that’s it.
