If you’re serious about getting into phenomenal shape;
If you have a clear vision of what the best version of your self looks like, and you’re committed to making that vision a reality;
If you’ve always known that you were physically capable of more;
Then you need to get serious about reading the ingredients of every single thing you put into your body.
Including whatever you eat, ate. (More on that later this week.)
If you’re not going to read every label, that’s absolutely OK.
As long as you’re comfortable with that level of commitment.
