There is not one set diet that you should follow all the time – unless you’ve tested it thoroughly.
Thus, no matter how trendy or enticing the diet you’re on (or considering) is, just because it worked for ‘x’ number of people, doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you, long-term.
Keep in mind that, short-term, sometimes, any dietary change you make results in rapid weight loss, because you’ve made a change … and this may have nothing at all to do with which diet you’ve chosen.
On the other hand, if you’ve test a certain diet thoroughly, and you periodically re-test it even when everything is going smoothly, then, you have my blessing to proceed.
