‘I will not go down.’
That’s what I kept telling myself over & over again the other day while holding a 5-minute long push-up plank (which is something I do at least once a week).
I’ve been doing that for almost two years now.
Some attempts are easier than others.
Some days, it’s much more of a struggle.
Yes, a lot has to do with how much I exerted my muscles in other exercise before that point in the day.
But mostly, it’s about what I tell myself inside my head.
I’m either fully committed to staying up …
