Before external commitments, you have a commitment to yourself and your health.

Yesterday morning I knew I’d be out all day.

No messing around with leaving the house or the office at the last minute.

Wake up, train, shower, and go.

Food? Check. Already prepared the day before. Grab it & go.

There are plenty of external factors in life that will slow you down.

Don’t add to those with a lack of proper planning on your part.
