Exercise Earlier.

My son had to be on the lacrosse field at 8:15 AM on Sunday.

Before that, I meditated for 15 minutes, did yoga for 35 minutes, and a bodyweight calisthenic workout for 30 minutes.

I had plenty of time to shower, make coffee, and be ready to go before anyone else was stirring.

Knowing that my training is done for the day before everything else is a huge win.

There’s simply no reason to leave it to chance.
