Sometimes situations arise where I’m around other people, they are all eating, and I’m not.
It’s not that often but, it happens.
Perhaps the choices of available food don’t match what works for me.
Or, perhaps it’s later in the evening than I usually like to eat.
Or, maybe I’m just not hungry!
(This last one can baffle some who are stuck to the notion that 3 square meals a day must happen at the same time every day.)
Now, I’ve already cited three good reasons not to eat above – there are more.
But for those who still disagree, or are perhaps bothered by the notion that ‘dinnertime’ is a myth, read this.
Skipping one meal won’t kill you.
