In One Hour

In one hour, everything can change.

At 10 o’clock you could be nervously conjuring up all kinds of scenarios about an upcoming meeting, interview, or interaction … and then at 11 o’clock, you’re breathing a sigh of relief, laughing at how much better that went than expected.

At 3 o’clock you could be drawing up backup plans for missing an appointment, deadline, or travel connection … and then at 4 o’clock, everything has worked out fine, and you’ve arrived on time.

At 6 o’clock you could be vehemently engaged in an argument with a loved one, thinking horrible thoughts about the future, and saying mean things … and then at 7 o’clock, you could be holding each other in tears of joy and love.

Actually these changes don’t happen in one hour …

… they are already happening all the time, even before you may realize it, at 10, 3, and 6 o’clock.

The ‘secret’ is that you have the ability to bring them forth, as soon as you’re ready, at any moment.

It has nothing to do with a specific duration of time.
