You Take Exercise With You

Prolonged driving historically causes me pain in my left hip & leg, sometimes severe.

I’m heading into my drive to Florida this spring with a plan: to perform specific mobility exercises for specific minimum durations at every stop.

I’m excited to observe the results. I’ll keep you posted.

Exercise isn’t just something you do a few times a week because someone told you that you’re supposed to.

Exercise is a part of what your body wants & needs. It’s a part of you, and you take it with you everywhere you go.
