Your Attention, Please.

You may want your attention filter to be very light, or non-existent, when it comes to your family.

But make no mistake: when it comes to your work, it is more important than ever before to develop the skill of being Indistractible.

There are many powerful forces actively working to command your attention.

Their methods and tools are often seamlessly woven into the course of your day, such that you might not even notice it.

Before you know it, you’ve gone down seven different rabbit holes, shifting from one thing, into the next, then into the next, and so on …

… and they don’t say ‘please’. They don’t ask for your permission.

Well, most don’t.

If you find someone who does ask for your permission, that’s a good signal.
