Which Group Are You In?

There are lots of people out there who think about getting healthier.

They say, to themselves and/or others, that they want to ‘get in shape’ and/or ‘lose a few pounds’.

They think about joining a gym, or ‘doing something’ with their diet.

Then there are people who actually do the work.

Who make a decision and a commitment to put in ‘x’ amount of hours each day training, shopping, and cooking.

Which group are you in?
