If you accept, at least while reading this blog post, that everything is connected, and that you are not a completely separate being from the people you love, your friends, the rest of humanity, and even the other animals, plants, and life on Earth, things start to shift.
For example, every time you raise your voice in anger towards someone else, you are also raising your voice in anger towards … yourself.
Now, in the moment, it certainly doesn’t feel like you are yelling at yourself. You’re yelling at them!
Right?
I’m not so sure about that.
