What is ‘The Healthy Path’?

Incremental improvement along a continuous spectrum.

As you may know, this is the major theme of my work.

Nothing exists as either ‘good’ or ‘bad’ in a vacuum.

Transformation is a matter of learning how to harness the potential from the negative energy in the ‘bad’ and reform it into positive, or ‘good’.

Now, this is rarely done with the snap of your fingers.

Moving anything – your diet, relationships, exercise, career, etc. – from one end of the spectrum towards the other takes persistence.

It happens one step at a time.

That’s The Healthy Path.
