Are You Missing ‘Now’?

It’s remarkable how often our thoughts are drawn away from the present moment, and turned towards either the past or future.

(I’ve written many times before about the ‘power of now‘.)

It’s not that look back or forward is inherently a bad thing, or something which we should never do.

But, if you’re just sitting and meditating, for example, and you’re able to stay grounded here, in the ‘now’, you’ll see just how much you might be missing.
