I never recommend one diet for everyone. I never ‘prescribe’ one diet for even one person for the rest of their life.
I do recommend that some people, depending on several factors, try certain things (which might be a ‘diet’, but it might not) for various amounts of time.
The truth of the matter is that for most people – perhaps even 80% of people living in the United States – the Paleo Diet (followed correctly) is a vast improvement over what they are eating now.
The question for you is, are you going to stick to it for at least 30 days and give it an honest chance?
