It’s a good time of year to start thinking about your goals for 2022.
To start writing them down, and revising them.
Good goals don’t just happen on the first pass.
They need to be specific and measurable.
You need to share them, not with your Mom or your best friend, but with someone who will give you honest feedback.
You need to set a deadline on them, and they should probably be broken down into ‘short, medium, and long’ time frames, such as: 5 year, 1 year, and 2 week. Or, 1 year, 1 quarter, and 1 month.
Some kind of structure that is attainable, and that allows you to take actionable steps on your smaller, sub-goals that are congruent with your big ones.
