Breath

I take my breathing seriously.

Every morning, the first thing I do is sit and breathe.

I practice many different kinds of breathing during this time.

I keep timers and count inhalations, exhalations, and retention.

I focus on different postures and techniques.

It’s important to pay close attention to, and learn about your breath.

It’s not something anyone ever taught you about in traditional schools, but it is something – the main thing – you need to survive.
