Nowhere else to be.

Every morning, I make sure to spend some time where I have nowhere else to be.

Usually that’s during my meditation & exercise.

Sometimes, my mind drifts, and I begin thinking about other places I will have to be, or other things that I have to do.

But mostly, during this time, I know that I have nowhere else to be, except right here, because this – my health – is the most important thing.

That – making sure you make this time during which you have nowhere else to be – might be more than ‘half the battle’, meaning that making the time might be more important than what specific thing you choose to do with it.
