12 Minutes

I suggested a 12-minute daily exercise routine the other day to a person, and that person reacted with an initial feeling of disbelief, that it would be ‘impossible’ (that will probably be the next word added to my Curse Words list) to work into their day.

If there isn’t some 12-minute task you can delegate or eliminate in order to exercise, and you are currently doing zero exercise per day, then you have a fundamental problem which you need to sit down for 12 minutes – or as long as it takes to figure it out – and think about that.
