One way (not the only way, but, one way) to look at the day is in three phases:
To Be
During this time, you must know that you are enough. You have enough. You don’t need anything else. You are in balance.
To Do
During this time, you seek more. You do. You earn. You achieve. You grow and expand outward.
To Have
During this time, you reel things in, seek self-control, restraint, and look inwardly.

If you’re always in 1 or 2 modes, and never or rarely in the 3rd, something isn’t right.
During the course of a balanced day, some time should be spent in each zone.
