Every day, no matter what, I know that my body, mind, and spirit are ready for the day, because I make it a point to dedicate the first few hours of my morning to specific practices for each.
Before I interact with others (except for my son, who does get up quite early), I make that time for myself – so that I can interact with others better.
When my routine is over, it’s a fantastic feeling, knowing that I’m ready.
For anything.
