In The Zone

Yesterday I put on an athletic wristband after my morning exercise routine and shower and wore it all day throughout work and the evening.

When my son asked me why I was wearing the wristband, and if I had a game to play, I replied ‘yes’.

I wore it for the game of life.

It’s game time every morning, every moment, whether you’re zone in or not.

I prefer to be zoned in, and, any reminder of that helps.
