Your Body’s Processes

Often times, when I (of one of my nutrition clients) eats something that doesn’t work so well for their metabolism, we see and feel the effects two days afterwards – not necessarily the next day.

With regards to processing that food or drink out of our systems, that process can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days, until the person feels fully back to ‘balance’.

There’s no rule written anywhere in stone that says everything happens quickly.
