The other day I was up late working on a project.
(Very late for me!)
When I rose in the morning, I had a little less time than I normally do before I needed to be ready to work.
I was faced with a choice: meditate for 20 minutes (as I have been doing daily), skip the meditation and go straight to the gym, or perhaps shorten the 20 minutes to 10.
It would have been easy to pick 0 or 10 minutes to meditate on a morning like that.
‘Easy’ doesn’t bring results, however.
