Sometimes I run, just because I can.
Because it’s faster than walking 100 yards from the car to the door of the store.
And yes, I intentionally park far away.
Because more movement is better, not less.
If you want to circle around and around, looking to park as close as possible, just so you can walk for sixty less seconds, then something is off.
You’re either out of balance with your body, your time management, or both.
Once you figure that out, you can then start to run more.
