Energy Balance

When it comes to your nutrition & weight, the laws of thermodynamics & physics apply:

Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; only transferred.

Therefore, you can change your daily energy balance:

  • The quantity & quality that you take in;
  • The quantity & quality that you expend out;
  • How efficiently your body’s systems metabolize all of that energy.

That’s it.

Simple, but not necessarily easy.
