Every morning, I write out a daily manifestation about how I want the day to end.
Here’s one example:
On Monday, as I headed into a day that could potentially be filled with pressure, stress, feelings of rushing & overwhelm, I continued using the breath as a tool to anchor myself physically, mentally, & spiritually, and as a reminder that it was my attitude towards things which shaped them (and to a large degree self-imposed the aforementioned negative feelings).Matt’s daily manifestation from 10.18.21
They’re not always as long as that.
But they are very helpful.
