Sometime it’s hard to sit still and meditate for fifteen minutes.
Especially when you have many things to do.
You start to talk to yourself inside your head, telling yourself that these 15 minutes could be used to do this or that instead. Or that ‘this will mean 15 less minutes of sleep, work, or play’.
Except, if you can’t stand the thought of bringing yourself to sit still for 15 minutes every day, then guess what …
… you need to do it for 30.
