Not Out Of Your Control

As you know, your body has both voluntary & involuntary processes.

What if you could tap more deeply into the involuntary ones?

Of course, you also know that you can hold your breath, for example. That’s easy & obvious.

But if you can become more conscious of your breath, your heartbeat, even your digestion, by paying close attention to each one, a little bit more, every day …

… then by definition you’ll be in control of your life to a much greater degree.
