Once you engage your shadow, he (or she) instantly feeds off of that.
It’s as if he’s a zombie or mummy whom you have awoken from a slumber.
He feeds on negative energy, expanding his influence quickly, looking to take over your behavior more & more.
He senses that more opportunity is abound for him to increase his hold over you, driving your actions towards the dark side.
But there is one thing you can do to extinguish his power:
Shine a light on it.
Internally, externally, admit to yourself and others if needed that your shadow was out, and you’ll do everything you can to put him back to sleep.
