Flexibility with food is important.
I coach lots of people on nutrition, and often give others plenty of advice when asked.
If you have yourself stuck inside a ‘diet box‘, I’m going to point it out.
Even for myself: I know, through testing and experience, pretty much what has worked well for me to this point.
However, that does not mean that it will work for me today, or forever.
Don’t assume that you need to eat this way or that way just because it worked for a little while, or because you have identified with it (for any reason).
