I’ll meditate practically anywhere.
In a crowded, urban area like the middle of Queens Blvd in Long Island City.
In a parking lot.
With my eyes open, in a meeting.
In the middle of a post-vaccination observation space.
Of course, most days I do it alone, on a couch or cushion, early in the morning.
But some days don’t go that way.
Some days I just need to get it in, or get an extra session in, right here, right now.
It doesn’t matter who’s looking at me.
What matters is that I take care of my own headspace.
