Making People Happy

Making people happy is something I do very well.

It’s also a part of all of my jobs: customer service, sales, coaching, and even in family and relationships.

However, making people happy does not mean always telling people what they want to hear.

In fact, it’s often the exact opposite.

How you deliver that message, of course, may vary.
