Slow and Fast.

Slow is just as important as Fast.

In fact, you can’t have Fast without Slow.

Why is it that so often we try to do things Fast?

Sometimes it’s better to do them Slow.

In fact, it’s important to make time to be Slow (intentionally) and to practice doing things Slow.

Such as: cooking, good conversation, watching your kids play, walking in nature, reading, and so many more.

Sometimes it’s also good to be able to do things which are typically Slow, Fast.

But what you don’t want is to always be operating Fast, and never Slow.
