Intuition is connected to your Vagus Nerve and your microbiome, not your cerebral cortex.
Intuition is about allowing things to flow naturally and trusting the process with confidence.
Fear gets in the way of Intuition.
Intuition happens from the inside out, not the outside in.
You can practice and train how to listen to and be more connected with your intuition by removing blockages and opening up neural pathways.
You cannot listen to your intuition, however, if the signals in your body are all messed up.
