Move Something Heavy

Sometimes you just have to move something heavy.

To hear the sound of the barbell against the rack.

To do a quick set of squats, even if there’s no warmup, no time for a full training session.

Even if you’re tired and had a long day.

Even if most people wouldn’t.

Sometimes you just have to pick up that kettlebell and swing it around a few times.

Sometimes you just have to move something heavy because your body likes to be able to move heavy things.
