The Efficiency of Now

Errantly focusing on efficiency all the time (how fast can I do this, how quickly can I do that, how many things can I do at one time, etc.) may actually cause inefficiency if you’re not focusing on the Now.

When your mind isn’t here, Now, they it’s either in the Past or the Future.

And that’s a recipe for getting lost and distracted from the task at here.

There really is always, ever only 1 task as hand, and, that’s the task you’re doing right Now
