Some people (including me sometimes) find meditation difficult.
Except, meditation isn’t about ‘trying hard to do it right’ for any particular duration of time.
It’s about remembering that you are doing it, right now, when you’ve forgotten.
It’s about finding the gift in this moment, both while you’re sitting and practicing, and (perhaps more importantly) when you’re not.
At first this may only happen very infrequently, but with practice, you will become ready to receive and appreciate this gift … as often as you are aware.
