Actually a concept I Coach regularly is that Happiness is an integral part of your health; probably even more so than any particular dietary choice, or modality of exercise.
If you’re completely overworked and in a broken relationship, a smoothie isn’t going to fix that.
So Happiness is very important.
But things that make you Healthy do not always feel Happy. At least, not in the moment.
Sometimes you must go through some Tension or Pain in order to achieve a higher state of Happiness, through Growth.
