If you live in my neighborhood, occasionally, you might see me jogging around.
You might notice that I’m in great shape.
You might deduce that the jogging has something to do with it.
It does, but, not nearly as much to do with the actual jogging, as it does with the regular practice of exercise and movement.
I don’t jog every day. I don’t even jog every week.
But I do exercise every day, no matter what.
In many different forms.
The modality is far less important than the consistency of action.
