That’s not a quote from her excellent book, but rather, from one of her guided meditations which you can find online, for free.
That is, of course, if you’re looking for something refreshing, and if you’re willing to sit still in silence for twenty minutes.
Twenty minutes might seem like a lot, but I promise you, it’s not.
It will feel that way at first only.
Later, you’ll soon see that’s it may not be enough.
