The other morning, after my weight having been up a drop, I woke up to find out that I had lost two pounds.
That’s what I wanted, but, I still could not call the previous days’ eating a ‘good food day’.
Sure, I lost the weight – but I felt like crap. I ate a bunch of pasta and I did not absorb it all, because I was gassy, bloated, and irregular.
So it’s possible to both lose weight and feel bad.
Which, of course, is not ideal if you’re trying to lose weight.
Or feel good.
