I woke up yesterday morning ‘in the Red’. (That means with a low Recovery Score on my WHOOP.)
I had an early meeting.
“Squat anyway,” I told myself.
Get the workout – a workout full of old-school, high-rep squats, deadlifts, and a bunch of other tough work – in despite what your wearable device says. No matter what your calendar says.
Make the time.
Push the weight.
Your body can handle it.
Sure, felt a bit taxed later in the day.
But I also felt great, strong, alive, and ready to conquer anything.
