Small Actions

“Only action creates change.” – Precision Nutrition

It’s a simple little saying that I like because it’s effective.

Many of the other things that precede change, such as: visualization, goals, dreams, hopes, and feelings are great – but they do not actually effect a change.

At some point, you have to actively do something to make the change begin.

It’s probably best, if you’re having trouble with changing your eating habits, if you start with small actions.

Because small actions, repeated daily, add up to big change.

Remember, the saying doesn’t say “Only big, huge actions create change.”
