My preferred morning routine to prep my mind, body, and spirit for the day lasts about two hours.
And yes, I actually have it on my calendar, every day, as “Mind, Body, & Spirit” from 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM.
Except, once in awhile, I only have 10 or 20 minutes. Not often, but, it happens.
Guess what?
I do a condensed version of the complete 2 hour routine in 10 minutes.
There’s always a way.
There’s always time for self-care, if you make it.
